Cross-country

I'm bored and I was thinking of what I wanted to do next summer (I'm a teacher so I have summers off). I thought I would go west... Mt. Rushmore-Seattle-San Fransico-Burbank-Vegas-Grand Canyon-Dallas-New Orleans, back to Ohio. I wonder how long this would take. Any idea? Any interest :) To ambitious?

Go for it Granda080...Very long ride for sure,be prepared for rain,cold,humidity and any thing else ya can think of.I would say to totally enjoy the trip on a bike ..6 weeks to get a quick see of every thing,camp along the way and motel some of it..just a quick thought..you have picked out a couple of cool places to visit...big thing is to stop and take the time to have a look around and don't rush it.
