Who rides in the snow?
I thought I would never see this, but today (with all the snow) I saw someone riding their bike. I couldn't believe it. The winds were bad, the roads were icy, snow was thick.
How the hell do you make turn on a bike with ice on the road? I can't see how it could possibly be fun. What am I missing?

I've ridden with snow on the ground, but the streets were clear and dry. Wont do it again. Way too damn cold or I'm getting too old

Sophomore year of high school I rode a bike to school all year - even when it snowed. It was an enduro though.
Dirt tracked all the way to school and back in the snow and had fun doing it. But I was a broke assed kid then, too - and it beat walking.

Slayer Hater has no clue why you bring a heavy, under-powered, low-performance machine to such a challenging road only to ride at 15 miles per hour and wobble your way to the sticker counter calling yourself a "Dragon Slayer." Slayer Hater knows you don't know why either.

I've done it to see what would happen. Small bike that wouldn't get damaged. Fell down a lot, or tried to. It was a hoot.

I considered taking the WR out today, but then my lazy ass retreated right back to my warm couch and quickly dismissed the idea.

I rode a moped 10 miles in a snowstorm when I was 15.
Only because there was a hot girl at the other end whose mom was out of town.
